Pengaruh Stres Kerja Terhadap Burnout Guru Work From Home Berdasarkan Faktor Demografi

Burnout adalah sindrom yang muncul akibat paparan stres yang berkepanjangan, ditandai dengan kelelahan fisik dan psikologis, munculnya sikap sinis, serta perasaan tidak berdaya dan rendahnya efikasi diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja terhadap burnout pada guru yang menjalankan sistem work from home serta meninjau perbedaan berdasarkan faktor demografi yaitu jenis kelamin, usia, dan status kepegawaian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 250 guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Natar, Lampung Selatan. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) dan Job Stress Scale (JSS). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap burnout dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,523 yang menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja memberikan kontribusi sebesar 52,3% terhadap burnout. Analisis multigroup menunjukkan adanya perbedaan berdasarkan faktor demografi, dimana guru laki-laki, guru usia 18–40 tahun, serta guru berstatus honorer menunjukkan tingkat pengaruh stres kerja terhadap burnout yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan stres kerja penting dilakukan untuk mencegah terjadinya burnout pada guru yang bekerja dari rumah.
