Pola Penggunaan Analgesik Tiga Hari Pascabedah pada Pasien Apendisitis Akut

Apendisitis akut merupakan kegawatdaruratan bedah umum yang memerlukan apendektomi, namun pola manajemen nyeri pascabedah belum terdeskripsi secara lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pola penggunaan analgesik tiga hari pascabedah (POH-1 hingga POH-3) pada pasien apendisitis akut di RSUD Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe Gorontalo tahun 2024. Studi deskriptif retrospektif menggunakan data sekunder rekam medis dari 36 pasien dengan total sampling, dianalisis secara univariat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil menunjukkan dominasi ketorolak intravena pada POH-1, yang secara bertahap beralih ke NSAID oral pada POH-2 hingga POH-3, disertai penggunaan kombinasi ketorolak-parasetamol pada sebagian pasien. Pola ini mencerminkan transisi sistematis dari kontrol nyeri akut menuju fase pemulihan yang mendukung pendekatan multimodal hemat opioid. Temuan ini dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan protokol tatalaksana nyeri pascaapendektomi berbasis bukti lokal guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan keamanan perawatan di fasilitas serupa.
