Kepuasan Hidup Lansia Dalam Perspektif Pembelajaran Seumur Hidup: Tingkat dan Jenis Belajar Nonformal dan Informal di Kota Jayapura

Kepuasan hidup merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam menilai kualitas hidup lansia. Salah satu faktor yang dapat memengaruhi kepuasan hidup adalah aktivitas belajar. Melalui kegiatan pembelajaran yang berkelanjutan, lansia dapat tetap berperan aktif dalam kehidupan sosial dan pembangunan di masa mendatang, seiring dengan meningkatnya usia harapan hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara tingkat dan jenis pembelajaran nonformal dan informal dengan kepuasan hidup lansia di Kota Jayapura. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan total 267 lansia mengambil bagian dalam survei cross sectional. Untuk populasi yang besar, teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Stratified random sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan terdiri dari kepuasan hidup The Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) oleh Diener, dkk (1985). Tingkat dan Jenis kegiatan belajar nonformal dan informal menggunakan teori pembelajaran orang dewasa yang dikembangkan oleh Knowles (1984). Analisis statistik dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji crosstab chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara tingkat dan jenis pembelajaran nonformal dan informal dengan kepuasan hidup lansia. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun kegiatan belajar dapat memberikan manfaat psikologis dan sosial, kepuasan hidup lansia tetap dipengaruhi oleh interaksi berbagai aspek fisik, sosial, dan psikologis.
