Abstrak

Penelitian ini menggambarkan profil lipid pada pasien stroke iskemik akut di RSUD Dr. H. Aloei Saboe Gorontalo tahun 2024. Desain observasional cross-sectional menggunakan data rekam medis 165 pasien usia 25–75 tahun dengan profil lipid lengkap, dianalisis deskriptif univariat. Mayoritas laki-laki (60,6%) usia 55–64 tahun (42,4%), dengan kolesterol total sedikit tinggi (41,2%), LDL di atas optimal (40,6%), HDL rendah (53,9%), dan trigliserida normal (44,8%). Temuan mendukung dislipidemia sebagai pemicu aterosklerosis; disarankan pemantauan LDL dan peningkatan HDL untuk pencegahan.
